Just today I was looking at last years journal to see what was happening and I saw that I was whining about water sitting the the back corner of the garden. Ha... I wish I had some of that water now. I guess it is not to be. There is water rationing beginning in some of the counties south of us. I wonder when rationing will hit here. I hope to get some shrubs watered in yet.
