Waiting

until you get back from Spring Fling.

I'll post when I get back...the garden will have had to dry out and the newly planted trees and vines will be happy.

This is Coal, the boss of all he sees.

  4. joy, Tina and Dave,

I wish you all were here...I will take LOTS of photos and post..today it was very windy and chilly, now the sun is out and it is warming up. You wouldn't believe the bumpy plane ride, seat belt signs all the way! No peanuts on this flight! I haven't met anyone but I have stopped strangers in the lobby! So far no one has owned up to being a blogger.

Coal is a beautiful cat, Joy, shiny fur and he is totally a cat, not a dog or human trait! How are the girls?

  5. Gail .. wow .. the plane ride .. that is scary. I have sworn off planes, the last one from Holland (it was a good flight KLM is excellent) but I just can't take flying any more, haha.
Coal sounds like the perfect Halloween cat : )
Yes ! keep your sage clippings .. the good aromatic ones and spread them around the flowering plants .. it really help my clematis ward off nasty bugs.
I hope you can hook up with some bloggers soon ! Wish I was there .. BIG sigh .. LOL

  7. Gail, it was great to meet you at Spring Fling! Coal is a handsome fellow, and he bears a striking resemblance to my own furry child, Mojo. She is also the boss of all she sees. Some days I am little more than cat furniture.

  9. Tina,

Just back, ran out to see the garden...tulips blooming, some wildflowers, boy is it lovely weather. I had a great time, lots of good conversations, beautiful gardens, more food than I eat in a week and shopping. That spells fun!
